The staff is respectful. The room is well furnished and brand-new with a big size bathroom. The executive onsite bar serves complimentary drinks. Everything is nice at the hotel. They offer friendly service. The hotel has magnificent views of the lake. I always choose this place whenever I am in Indianapolis.

The location was ideal, surrounded by stores, businesses, a beautiful artificial lake for jogging, and various dining options.

Additionally, I found the hotel to be very accessible for senior guests, with well-maintained elevators, spacious hallways, and handrails in convenient places, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for us seniors.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff could offer more personalized assistance for seniors with mobility challenges.
